A message from
the big boss
Welcome to Splatter Mug (dot) com.
Our mission is to get our art into your hands—literally. Since hanging it on walls didn’t seem to be in the cards, we pivoted to something more... practical.
Mugs.
Simple, unassuming, yet oddly powerful.
It made sense at the time. Hopefully, it makes sense to you too.

Known to many as Woj, Justin has been capturing the world through his lens since 2009, offering a distinct perspective on the American Southwest. His work primarily explores forgotten places, the raw beauty of nature, and fleeting yet profound moments in the lives of family, friends, and strangers.
Driven by the belief that the world is meant to be explored firsthand, Justin seeks out the roads less traveled, uncovering overlooked corners of the world through his photography. With an open mind and a deep-rooted passion for adventure, he is committed to documenting his journey—inviting curious onlookers and fellow explorers to see the world through his eyes.

Scourge of chat groups and Google Maps reviews the world over, King Stoopid’s primary mission is to confuse and confabulate—turning the internet’s collective detritus into something that hovers between the absurd and the uncanny.
K.S. operates with a minimal technological footprint, opting for fat fingers on an old smartphone to create digital collage. Sourcing material from the forgotten corners of culture, K.S. repurposes snapshots from old movies, bizarre advertisements, and relics of internet ephemera—think long-lost memes, grainy VHS stills, and promotional graphics that never quite made sense.
Every piece functions like a found object, reassembled into an off-kilter visual language that subverts nostalgia, questions mass media memory, and revels in the joy of deliberate nonsense. Whether pulling scraps from the gutter or the depths of an outdated message board, King Stoopid thrives in the unpredictable, always seeking to warp the familiar into something slightly... stupider.

I am a multimedia artist exploring the hidden details of our world through ultra-high-resolution optical scans. My work focuses on surfaces that bear the weight of time—layered graffiti, rusted signage, faded stickers, dirty bathroom walls, old ripped advertisements, and other overlooked textures of the built environment.
By magnifying these surfaces, new details emerge, textures become tangible, and the passage of time reveals itself in unexpected ways. Every crack, stain, and fragment tells a story, transforming the mundane into something intricate and immersive. My process is about seeing more—unearthing the beauty, decay, and complexity embedded in the materials around us.
Presented on a mug, this work creates a deliberate dissonance. A mug is an object of comfort, something that delivers warmth to your hands every morning. But when covered in the imagery of a filthy bathroom wall or a decaying street sign, it forces a moment of confrontation. That tension—between the expected and the unsettling—challenges the viewer to reconsider the objects and surfaces they interact with daily.
Hope you like what I find in our world.
